Hygienic Safety & Return Policy

In accordance with federal health regulations and industry hygiene standards, hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. To ensure the safety of all our clients, all sales are final once the product has been removed from its original packaging, untied, or altered (including washing, coloring, or installation).

Inspection Period: We provide a 7-day inspection window from the date of delivery. Customers are encouraged to examine the hair thoroughly before removing security ties. If a manufacturing defect is identified during this period, and the hair remains in its original, unaltered state; we will facilitate an exchange or store credit.

Dispute Resolution: By completing this purchase, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any quality concerns prior to initiating a formal dispute with your financial institution. We reserve the right to submit order documentation, delivery confirmation, and these accepted terms as evidence in any payment dispute.
